Rhonda Johnson, owner of Life Pastiche, was born and raised in Redding, California. After earning her degree in social work, she worked in various healthcare settings, but it wasn't until her grandfather went into a nursing home that she realized her true calling.

Rhonda was deeply disappointed with the level of care her grandfather received, and she knew there had to be a better way. She made it her mission to create a small, intimate assisted living facility where residents could receive personalized care and attention, just like her grandfather deserved.
Rhonda went back to school to become a nurse, and after years of hard work and dedication, she opened Life Pastiche with a team of caring and compassionate professionals. Today, Life Pastiche is known for its warm and welcoming environment, where residents receive the highest quality of care and support.
